Terms of Service

Landmix ('Service') is a software tool that combines category templates and keyword groups to generate and export static landing pages, hubs, and XML sitemaps as a downloadable ZIP archive for search engine optimization.

The Service does not provide direct web hosting, domain registration, or DNS management. Users are solely responsible for deploying the exported static files to their own hosting environments.

Users may register an account through Google OAuth or email magic link verification.

Users must maintain the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and may not transfer or share accounts. Each user may hold only one active account.

The Service offers three tiers: Free ($0/month), Pro ($19/month), and Business ($49/month). Billing units are measured by the number of generated row pages.

Quotas include 300 pages/month for Free, 10,000 pages/month for Pro, and 50,000 pages/month for Business. Quotas reset automatically to zero on the monthly billing cycle at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over to the next period.

All subscription payments and billing transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ('Paddle'), our Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles payment authorization, billing portal access, invoices, refunds, and applicable sales tax or VAT compliance in accordance with Paddle's terms and privacy policy.

Users retain full intellectual property rights and complete ownership of all static HTML, CSS, and sitemap assets generated and downloaded through the Service.

Landmix claims no proprietary interest in your input data or generated web pages, and imposes no commercial restrictions on their use.

Pages generated under the Free plan automatically include a Landmix attribution badge in the bottom-right corner. Users on the Free tier agree not to remove, obscure, or alter this badge.

To export pages without the attribution badge, users must maintain an active paid subscription to either the Pro or Business plan.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all keywords, attributes, and text inputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Users bear full responsibility for complying with search engine webmaster guidelines and spam policies. Landmix is not liable for search ranking penalties resulting from duplicate or thin content.

Landmix reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend features to perform maintenance, enhance security, or improve software quality.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever feasible, though emergency repairs may proceed without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Landmix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their keyword datasets and downloaded static archives.
